People are interested in the benefits of a product not the product itself. That’s why products or services with reviews or testimonials are trusted by people than products and services with none. As a business owner or a marketer, your attention should be on how to communicate the benefit of your products to your prospects. Don’t just tell people about your products by posting pictures and writing about them, people are tired of hearing your views about your products. Create a unique a story that surrounds the benefit of the product or services you want to sell. No one will buy what they can’t trust. I will trust you when you stop telling me and start showing me. You have a lot of people waiting to talk about your brand through reviews and testimonials so why focus your attention on that. Do less of talking and more of showing. Sell like a human and not like a robot.
